Distance to be covered: Around 110 km on road +18 km boat ride to Rajhans Island. Approx 4 hours traveling duration from Bhubaneswar

Itineraries for the Island Stay:
Arrival around 4.00 PM at Satapada. Board the reserved boat at the jetty.
6.00 PM: Reach Rajhans Island & assist the host in putting up the tents & campfire
7.00 PM – 9.30 PM: General relaxation with self-group interaction & co-curricular activities while the barbeque is getting ready
9.30PM – 10.00PM: Dinner time under the stars
10.00PM – 11.00PM: Take rest or night walks by the sea & enjoying wilderness
11.00PM: Return to respective camps & good night for the Day1
5.00AM: Round 2 of walk by the sea this time during the early morning hours to feel the cool breeze. Try walking bare feet to rejuvenate the body, mind & soul
6.00 AM Freshen up & help in making the morning breakfast ready or play sports like volleyball & flying disc
8.00 AM – 8.30 AM: Have breakfast by the sea
8.30 AM: Check out & board the boat for sighting dolphins
9.30 AM: Leave for Satapada by boat
11.30 AM: Reach Satapada Jetty & board the cab
03.00PM: Reach back at Bhubaneswar & end of Day2

Charges per head: For charges, please get in touch with us via whatsapp # 09861288166 & mail at infoaitiha@gmail.com . Our charges are inclusive of 2 days cab rentals, boat ride to island & back, guide fees, stay facilities in tent at island, dinner at site on day1, breakfast on day2, toll/entry/parking fees/detention charges for night halt, but excluding any personal expenses by participants etc. In case of any additional/revised & incidental group expenses at sites, it shall be collectively borne by the participants (excl the Aitiha team & cab rider). Kindly note that both the lunches are not part of the package & the participants have to bear on their own. It’s better to have your lunch before boarding the cab.

Things to be aware of: The camping facilities is with bare minimum amenities focusing more on self-sufficiency. You need to carry your own bedsheets, however sleeping bags maybe provided on request. Night hours on the sea might be chilly, hence carry your sweaters, jackets & winter wears. There is absolutely no facilities for getting freshen up, carry your own toiletries. If you wish to take bath in the sea water, you are most welcome but carry extra clothes for it & be aware of the sea current. In case of urgency for attending the nature call, you may relief yourself at the nearby bushes. Rest can opt for toilet facilities on NH esp at fuel stations & Sulabh Sauchalayas en-route. No charging or power facilities at island & the mobile network might not work properly. Carry your power bank & extra batteries for charging & using while on tour. Bubble top water will be there but reserved for cooking & drinking only. Carry extra snacks & water with you in case you need it. You can bring your mobile sound equipment for playing music but get it charged at home. If you are good at playing music, you can even carry your musical instruments like guitar, flute etc. You can even carry some sports material like volleyball, flying disc etc to play at leisure.

Imp Notice: Those planning to join the day tour from outside Bhubaneswar are requested to be on time beforehand to avoid getting missed out. Those travelling overnight via local bus/train are requested to reach before the scheduled time at pickup point. It’s always better to reach & stay overnight at Bhubaneswar before the tour starts. Remember, the tour won’t stop or be delayed accommodating you in case you are late beyond the grace time of 15 min.

Your registration automatically confirms your acknowledgment of our Terms & Conditions, Do’s & Don’ts & Privacy Policy. Our tours will be of limited seats only, hence book early.
We shall move in a standard AC vehicle on sharing basis for the tour. However, if any participant wishes, he/she can opt for ‘Bring Your Own Vehicle‘(BYOV) option at their own cost but need to follow the pilot vehicle of Team Aitiha.

Wear comfortable clothes as per winter climate & act responsibly. Please carry your essentials with you which may include any medicine, umbrella/cap, camera with lens etc. Don’t forget to carry your power bank, binoculars, tele zoom lens, mobile battery charged, camera ready with battery fully charged & memory card cleaned.
